Национальная ассоциация негосударственных пенсионных фондов (НАПФ)
учреждена в целях обеспечения благоприятных условий деятельности членов
Партнерства, защиты интересов членов Партнерства, вкладчиков, участников и
застрахованных лиц, установления правил и стандартов деятельности,
обеспечивающих эффективность работы членов Партнерства.
Ассоциация учреждена 22 марта 2000 года следующими негосударственными
пенсионными фондами: НПФ «Газфонд», НПФ «ЛУКОЙЛ-ГАРАНТ», НПФ «Уголь», НПФ
электроэнергетики, НПФ Сбербанка, НПФ «Сургутнефтегаз», НПФ «Семейный».
С 27 мая 2004 года НАПФ является саморегулируемой организацией – единственной
саморегулируемой организацией негосударственных пенсионных фондовв России.
По состоянию на 18 февраля 2010 года в членстве НАПФ состоит 108 организаций. Из
них 74 НПФ, осуществляющих деятельность по негосударственному обеспечению и 34
управляющих компаний, спецдепозитариев и других организаций, осуществляющих
деятельность в сфере негосударственного пенсионного обеспечения и обязательного
пенсионного страхования. Исполнительный орган НАПФ возглавляет Президент,
который избирается Общим собранием также на 2 года.

депозитариев.
Ассоциация объединяет около 400 компаний. Филиалы НАУФОР действуют в 14 крупных
городах России.
НАУФОР в соответствии с требованиями осуществления профессиональной деятельности
и проведения операций с ценными бумагами, утвержденными федеральным органом
исполнительной власти по рынку ценных бумаг, устанавливает обязательные для
своих членов правила осуществления профессиональной деятельности на рынке ценных
бумаг, стандарты проведения операций с ценными бумагами и осуществляет контроль
за их соблюдением.
Целями и задачами ассоциации являются развитие и совершенствование системы
регулирования рынка ценных бумаг, обеспечение условий деятельности членов
НАУФОР, установление правил и стандартов деятельности членов НАУФОР и контроль
за их соблюдением, осуществление мониторинга деятельности своих членов, принятие
мер к урегулированию конфликтов.
НАУФОР является аффилированным членом IOSCO - международной организации,
объединяющей государственные органы по регулированию рынка ценных бумаг.
The National Bank Magazine is the national scale business edition, devoted to
the problems of the banking community. It was established by Association of
Russian Banks in November, 2003.
The magazine covers a state of the domestic banking market, its part in the
development of national economy and society, its place in the world financial
system.

В состав Лиги входят крупнейшие и старейшие управляющие компании России, в тесном сотрудничестве с которыми Лига находится в постоянном поиске идей и решений, позволяющих повысить эффективность функционирования отрасли коллективных инвестиций в стране.
